Alpine cuisine meets British classics
Andy and his team combine Alpine cuisine with British classics – a small culinary reminder of his British roots : from fish and chips, whisky burgers, and beef and ale pie to Swiss favorites like crispy rösti, local sausage, or homemade fondue. Original vegetarian and vegan creations are, of course, also available. We take the time to make many things ourselves – carefully, freshly, and with a refined sense of taste.
Depending on the season and what we're in the mood for, there are also specials from the wood smoker: such as brisket, spare ribs, slow-cooked roast beef or salmon.
